Our mission is to supply customers from a wide variety of industries with turnkey systems for the on-site production of high purity hydrogen gas. We take total project responsibility by providing engineering, project management, equipment procurement, manufacturing, worldwide installation, and commissioning services. We continue to serve our customers throughout the life of their plant by providing technical services and web-based asset management.

Product Innovation. In 1999, we introduced our patented Double-Tube® reformer, the most significant breakthrough in steam-hydrocarbon reforming in the past 20 years. We are committed to new product development aimed at improved performance and lower cost.

Quality. We are dedicated to the delivery of quality products and services and back up our quality commitment with strong performance guarantees and equipment warranties. We have a zero defect policy and eliminate defects through standardization of our products and sophisticated management of our component and service supply sources. All of our major equipment subcontractors are required to maintain approved quality programs that are subject to routine audits.

Service. We provide comprehensive product support and are available to our customers during any operating difficulties throughout the life of their plant. We will continue to develop and improve our services to meet the unique needs of each of our customers for years to come.

e-Business. We provide web-based fixed asset management applications to enable our customers to strategically deploy our plants for optimal financial gain. Utilizing the Internet, we provide and maintain a central repository of current data that is easy for our customers to access. In addition, we provide complete on-line ordering for all spare and replacement parts. As Internet technology continues to develop, we will remain at the forefront of web-based business model development.
